Returns
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards.
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective).

Return Process
Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact me through the Zeeluxe Shopify inbox within 30 days of receiving your item to initiate a return.
  2. Receive Return Instructions: I will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return your item, including the return shipping address and any necessary forms.
  3. Pack and Ship: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, including all the accessories. Ship the item to the return address provided.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs. Proof will be needed.
  • Other Returns: For all other returns, you are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.

  • If we receive the return item in an unacceptable condition (damaged, leaked or any other inconvenience) or if the item was lost during return shipping. No refund will be given.
  • If the customer wishes to cancel their order AFTER the product has been shipped no refund will be given until we receive the product in an acceptable condition. 
  • Zeeluxe will not issue refunds if the customer has provided an incorrect address.

Refund Timeline

  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • Payment Method: Depending on your payment method, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
